Our games are securely packed and we ensure that there is tracking and insurance on the order.

Shipping destinations:

• We ship worldwide.

Shipping times:

• We process all orders within 1 - 2 business days .
• Standard Shipping takes about 7 - 10 days once the order has been processed.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Shipping costs vary by country. 
• In general, we only charge you shipping for each set of the game you buy. Additional products like the Note Card Variants come with free shipping if you have bought a set of the game.

Tracking:

• You can click on "Track Your Order" to see the status of your order.
• A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your email whenever your order is fulfilled.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we will send you replacement parts as necessary. Please provide photographic proof to hello@lordofthechords.com.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email hello@lordofthechords.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

All Note cards come in a deck of 60. There are 8 extra cards that you do not need and should remove when playing.

The 8 Note cards are an alternative German notation for German players. We added the 8 extra Note cards to make things slightly easier for our German Kickstarter backers.

In traditional German notation:

• The "B" or "Ti/Si" note is denoted as "H".
• The "Bb" or Ti flat / Si flat" note is denoted as "B"

It can be slightly confusing so do remove the extra 8 cards depending on who you are playing with!

We made a mistake in our initial design. We wanted the rulebook to be as clear and easy on the eyes as possible so we tried to maximize the size of the rulebook. However, we realized that the rulebook can't fit in the piano box (unless you roll it up :D).

This is our mistake and we will adjust the design in future batches. It shouldn't affect your experience much as the card descriptions are quite self-explanatory. We've uploaded the rulebook and specific questions here (TBD) on our website for any quick access you need during a game!
